Your car rental reservation is confirmed once you receive the booking confirmation email from KTCCruises. This confirmation will include all details of your rental, including the vehicle type, pickup location, rental period, and payment summary. Please review your booking carefully and notify us immediately if you notice any discrepancies.
To cancel your car rental booking, you must submit a cancellation request in writing via email to KTCCruises. The date we receive your cancellation request will determine the applicable fees.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the pickup time: No cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the pickup time: 10% of total rental cost.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time: 50% of total rental cost.
- No-show or cancellations made after the scheduled pickup time: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
Some special promotional rates, discounted offers, or pre-paid bookings may be non-refundable. These rates will be clearly marked during booking, so you can make an informed decision before finalizing your reservation.
If your cancellation is eligible for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the approval of your cancellation request. Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, etc.) that affects your ability to honor the reservation, KTCCruises will work with you to reschedule your rental or issue a refund, based on availability and the specific circumstances.
If you return the rental car before the scheduled end of the rental period, no refunds will be issued for the unused rental days. Please plan your rental period carefully to avoid any inconveniences or additional charges.
If you need to extend your rental period, please contact us as soon as possible. Rental extensions are subject to availability and additional charges based on the daily rental rate. Extensions cannot be guaranteed if the car is reserved for another customer after your original rental period ends.
As the renter, you are responsible for returning the vehicle on time. Failure to return the vehicle on the agreed date and time will incur an additional charge based on the daily rental rate for each extra day the vehicle is not returned.
KTCCruises reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will govern your reservation.
