A non-refundable booking service fee of $20 may apply to each reservation. This fee helps us process your booking and ensure smooth handling of all logistics related to your rental.
If you wish to modify your rental (such as changing the pickup date, car model, or pickup location), a modification fee of $25 will be applied. Additional charges may apply based on the availability and changes requested.

If you wish to add an additional driver to your rental, there is a fee of $15 per day per driver. The additional driver must meet the same age and license requirements as the primary driver.
If you return the vehicle later than the agreed time, a late return fee of $30 per hour will apply, with a maximum charge of an additional day’s rental fee.
If you wish to pick up your vehicle earlier than the scheduled pickup time, a fee of $20 will apply, subject to availability. Early pickup requests must be made in advance.
Our fuel policy is "Full to Full." If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at pickup, a refueling fee of $5 per gallon will apply, plus a refueling service charge of $15. We recommend filling the tank before returning the vehicle to avoid these charges.
If you opt for additional equipment such as a GPS device, child safety seat, or ski rack, a rental fee of $10–$15 per day will apply, depending on the equipment and location.
If you choose to pick up your rental vehicle at an airport location, an additional airport service fee of $15–$25 may apply, depending on the airport and location-specific charges.
In case of breakdowns or issues with the vehicle, roadside assistance is available for $20 per service call. This service includes basic roadside assistance like tire changes, jump starts, and fuel delivery.
Any toll charges, parking fines, or other traffic-related penalties incurred during your rental period are the responsibility of the renter. These charges will be billed to you after the rental period if not paid directly during the rental.
If payment for your rental is not received on time, a late payment fee of $10–$20 may apply. Please ensure that payments are made before the due date to avoid additional fees.
In addition to the rental cost and service fees, applicable taxes and government fees (such as state and local sales tax) will be added to the total rental cost. These fees vary based on your rental location.
If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty (e.g., stained seats, heavy dirt, or pet hair), a cleaning fee of $50–$100 may apply. Please return the vehicle in the condition it was rented to avoid unnecessary charges.
If the vehicle keys are lost, damaged, or not returned, a key replacement fee of $75–$150 may be charged, depending on the type of vehicle.
