Post-Ticketing Fees

Below are the post-ticketing service fees that may apply after your car rental booking has been confirmed. These fees are subject to change and may vary depending on the rental location, car model, and specific booking requests. All fees will be clearly communicated to you prior to booking confirmation and during your rental process.

1. Name Change Fee

If you need to change the name on your car rental booking after confirmation, a name change fee may apply. Documentation may be required for verification, and approval is subject to the car rental provider’s policies.

2. Rental Modification Fee

If you wish to modify your booking after confirmation (e.g., changing rental dates, car type, or pickup location), a rental modification fee of $25 may apply. Additional charges may be incurred depending on the changes made and availability.

3. Cancellations After Booking

If you decide to cancel your car rental after confirmation, the following cancellation fees will apply, in addition to any charges imposed by the rental provider:

  • More than 48 hours before pickup: 10% of the total rental cost.
  • 24–48 hours before pickup: 25% of the total rental cost.
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the total rental cost.
  • No-show or failure to cancel: 100% of the rental fee, no refund.

4. Additional Driver Fee

If you wish to add an additional driver to your car rental, an additional driver fee may apply. The fee is typically $10–$15 per day, depending on the car rental provider and location.

5. Fuel Charges

Our fuel policy is generally “Full-to-Full.” If you return the vehicle with less fuel than it had at pickup, a refueling charge will apply, which is typically higher than the cost of filling the tank yourself. Please ensure the vehicle is returned with a full tank of gas to avoid these fees.

6. Late Return Fee

If you return the vehicle later than the agreed time, a late return fee of $15–$50 per hour may be charged, depending on the car rental provider’s policies. Late returns may also result in charges for additional rental days.

7. Drop-off Location Change Fee

If you wish to change the drop-off location of your car rental after booking, a drop-off location change fee may apply, depending on the provider’s terms and conditions. Fees will vary based on the distance between pickup and drop-off locations.

8. Toll Charges

Some car rental locations may offer toll pass devices for convenience during your rental. If you use these toll passes, you will be charged for the tolls plus an administrative fee. Alternatively, you can choose to pay tolls directly as you travel.

9. Cleaning Fees

If the car is returned excessively dirty (e.g., with sand, pet hair, or heavy stains), a cleaning fee of $50–$100 may be charged, depending on the condition of the vehicle.

10. GPS & Equipment Rental Fee

If you request additional equipment, such as a GPS unit, child safety seat, or other accessories, rental fees for these items may apply. Typical charges are $5–$15 per day, depending on the equipment.

11. Car Rental Insurance Coverage Fee

Optional insurance coverage is available for your rental. This includes collision damage waiver (CDW), theft protection, and personal accident insurance. Fees for these coverage options vary based on the type of insurance selected and the rental location. Please review all insurance options during the booking process.

12. Payment Processing Fee

Certain payment methods, such as international credit cards or alternate currencies, may incur an additional processing fee of up to 3%. This fee will be communicated to you during the booking process.

13. Special Request Fee

Special requests, such as specific vehicle types or specific vehicle features (e.g., a convertible or a 4-wheel drive vehicle), may incur a fee. Availability of special requests is not guaranteed and depends on the rental location’s inventory.

14. Excess Mileage Charges

If your car rental exceeds the allotted mileage specified in your agreement, you may incur excess mileage charges. These fees are typically calculated per mile over the allowed limit, and the cost will be detailed in your rental agreement.

15. Lost or Damaged Keys Fee

If the car keys are lost, damaged, or not returned with the vehicle, a fee may apply for replacement or repairs. The charge varies depending on the vehicle and location.
