Your booking is confirmed only when you receive an official booking confirmation email from KTCCruises. This email will include your reservation details, payment summary, rental location, and car model. Please review the confirmation for accuracy and notify us immediately if you notice any discrepancies.
Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment methods. Any additional charges or fees incurred during the rental period (e.g., tolls, fuel, damages) will be charged to your payment method after the rental is completed.
To rent a car from KTCCruises, the minimum age is typically 21 years, with additional charges for drivers under 25 years of age. Age requirements may vary by location, and additional restrictions may apply for certain vehicle types.
All drivers must present a valid, government-issued driver's license at the time of rental. International renters must provide a valid international driving permit (IDP) in addition to their national driver's license. We may require additional verification of identity if necessary.
Your rental period begins at the time of pickup and ends when the vehicle is returned, as indicated in your booking confirmation. Rental periods are based on 24-hour increments. Late returns will be subject to additional charges as detailed in the service fees section.
Our fuel policy is "Full-to-Full." This means that the vehicle is provided with a full tank of gas, and we expect it to be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at pickup, a refueling charge will apply, as stated in the service fees section.
Prior to vehicle pickup, you are required to inspect the car for any existing damage. Any damages or issues should be reported immediately to KTCCruises. Failure to report pre-existing damage may result in liability for repair costs.
You agree to use the rental vehicle only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all local traffic laws. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to off-road driving, subletting, or use by an unapproved driver, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and may incur additional charges.
Basic rental coverage is included in your rental, but you may choose to purchase additional coverage, such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), or Personal Accident Insurance (PAI). It is your responsibility to determine if you need additional coverage based on your needs and travel destination. You remain responsible for any damage to or theft of the vehicle unless you have purchased appropriate coverage.
If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, please refer to our Cancellation Policy. Modifications may be subject to availability, and fees may apply depending on the nature of the changes. Cancellations made within a specified time frame will be eligible for a partial refund, as outlined in the Refund Policy.
Your booking is subject to taxes and government-imposed fees. These charges, such as sales tax, airport service fees, and fuel surcharges, will be clearly itemized during the booking process and will be added to your total rental cost at the time of payment.
If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the designated time and location without prior notification or cancellation, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged the full amount for the rental as detailed in our cancellation policy.
You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle that occurs during the rental period. This includes but is not limited to damage from accidents, theft, vandalism, or weather-related incidents. All damages will be assessed at the time of return and may be billed to your payment method. If damage exceeds the security deposit, additional charges will apply.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where KTCCruises is located. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled in the appropriate court in the state of jurisdiction.
KTCCruises reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
