Your flight reservation is considered confirmed once you receive an official booking confirmation email from KTCCruises. This email will include important details such as your flight itinerary, payment summary, and passenger information.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in your confirmation or promotional offer. In certain cases, a deposit may be allowed, with the remaining balance due before the final payment deadline.
To cancel your flight, please submit a written cancellation request via email to KTCCruises customer service. The date we receive your request will determine the applicable cancellation fees and the eligibility for a refund.
- More than 60 days before departure: 10% of total fare or $100 per person (whichever is higher).
- 30–59 days before departure: 25% of total fare.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total fare.
- 0–14 days before departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee — no refund.
Certain promotional fares, last-minute deals, and special offers may be non-refundable. These fares will be clearly marked at the time of booking, so you can make an informed decision before confirming your reservation.
If your booking is eligible for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 30 business days from the approval of your cancellation request. Refunds may be delayed depending on your bank or credit card provider.
KTCCruises strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Travel insurance is not included in your booking and must be purchased separately. It protects you from unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip delays.
In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions), KTCCruises may offer partial refunds, future travel credits, or rescheduling based on the specific circumstances and the airline's policies.
If your flight is canceled by the airline, we will notify you of available options, including a full refund or the opportunity to rebook for a later date, depending on the airline's cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel due to a serious illness or medical emergency, a cancellation request may be submitted along with medical documentation. Refunds or credits for medical cancellations are subject to approval by KTCCruises and the airline.
If part of your booking (e.g., a single passenger or specific flight segment) is canceled, the cancellation fees will be adjusted based on the remaining booking and flight segment.
If you fail to board your flight without prior notice, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, and no refund will be issued for the unused portion of your booking.
Services booked through third-party providers (e.g., airport transfers, hotels, or car rentals) are subject to their own cancellation policies and may incur additional fees. These services are not covered under our cancellation policy.
Booking service fees, processing fees, third-party services, government fees, and taxes are non-refundable, even if your flight fare is refunded.
KTCCruises reserves the right to update this cancellation policy at any time. The version of the policy in effect at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.
