A non-refundable service fee of $20 per booking may be charged for each flight reservation made through KTCCruises. This fee covers the cost of processing your booking and ensuring secure payment transactions.
If you request changes to your flight booking, such as a change in travel dates, routes, or passenger details, a change fee of $50 per booking may apply, in addition to any fare differences imposed by the airline. Please be aware that some low-cost or non-refundable tickets may have higher change fees or restrictions.
If you decide to cancel your flight after booking, a service cancellation fee of $30 per booking will be applied, in addition to the airline’s cancellation fees. The cancellation fee is non-refundable and will be processed upon cancellation approval.
For certain payment methods (such as international credit cards, foreign currencies, or alternative payment methods), a payment processing fee of up to 3% of the total transaction amount may apply. This fee helps cover the costs of handling international and secure payment methods.
If you select a specific seat during the booking process, a seat selection fee may apply depending on the airline and the type of seat chosen. Premium or extra-legroom seats may incur an additional charge.
Additional fees may apply for checked baggage or oversized luggage, depending on the airline and the baggage policy. You can pre-purchase luggage options during the booking process or directly with the airline.
