Your flight booking is considered confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email from KTCCruises. The confirmation email will contain your itinerary, payment summary, and ticket details. Please review these details immediately and notify us if there are any discrepancies.
To book a flight, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The person making the booking must have the authority to make the reservation and pay for the flight.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified in your confirmation email or during a promotional offer. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your booking will not be processed until payment has been successfully received. Payment details are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
All flight fares are displayed in USD and are subject to change until payment is confirmed. The prices shown during booking may not include additional charges such as taxes, baggage fees, or service charges. These charges will be added to the final cost at checkout.
If you need to modify your booking, such as changing your flight dates or passenger information, additional fees may apply depending on the airline’s policy. Modifications are subject to availability and may also incur fare differences. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible for assistance.

If your booking is eligible for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that certain fees, such as non-refundable tickets or service fees, may not be refunded. Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
KTCCruises shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or changes to your booking caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or any other event outside our reasonable control. We will assist you in rebooking or offering alternatives where possible.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all passengers traveling with you possess the necessary travel documents such as a valid passport, visa, and any other required documentation. Failure to provide the proper documentation may result in denied boarding, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Airlines reserve the right to change flight schedules, routes, or even cancel flights due to operational reasons. If this occurs, we will notify you of your options for rebooking or refunds based on the airline’s policies.
If you fail to board your flight without prior notification, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, and no refund will be issued. It is your responsibility to ensure you arrive at the airport in time to check-in and board your flight.
In the event of flight delays, cancellations, or any other disruptions, KTCCruises is not responsible for any additional costs you may incur, such as hotel accommodations, meals, or transportation. Please check with the airline regarding their policies on compensation and reimbursements.

We may work with third-party service providers (such as airlines, hotels, or car rental companies) to fulfill your booking. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third-party service providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KTCCruises shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, or loss of luggage. Our liability is limited to the refund or rebooking options as per the airline’s policies.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which KTCCruises is registered. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
KTCCruises reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will apply to all future bookings.
