Below is an overview of the service fees that may apply to your cruise booking with KTCCruises. These fees are in addition to the cruise fare charged by the cruise line and are subject to change. Please read this information carefully before completing your booking.
A non-refundable service fee of $25 will be applied for each cruise reservation made through KTCCruises.
If you request any changes to your booking, such as name corrections, date adjustments, or cabin upgrades, a change fee of $50 per booking will apply, along with any additional charges imposed by the cruise line.
In addition to the cancellation fees set by the cruise line, we charge a $50 administrative fee for processing cancellations. This fee is applicable for all cancellations after the booking has been confirmed.
Payments made using certain methods (such as international credit cards or alternate currencies) may incur a processing fee of up to 3% of the total transaction amount. You will be notified of these fees at the time of checkout.
If you request physical cruise documents or paper tickets, a fee of $15 per mailing will apply. Please note that most cruise documents are typically provided electronically.
Port taxes and government fees are generally included in your cruise fare. If any adjustments to these fees are required by the cruise line, we will inform you promptly.
Most cruise lines charge mandatory gratuities or onboard service fees. These fees may either be prepaid at the time of booking or automatically added to your onboard account. The exact amounts depend on the cruise line and will be clearly communicated to you during the booking process.
Optional shore excursions can be booked either through KTCCruises or directly with the cruise line. Please note that these excursions may become non-refundable after a specific cutoff date, which will be outlined in the terms at the time of booking.
Additional fees may apply for specialty dining, beverage packages, and onboard entertainment options. These fees vary based on the cruise line, ship, and specific itinerary.
Booking fees, administrative charges, and payment processing fees are non-refundable once applied. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details regarding refund eligibility.
