Your cruise reservation with KTCCruises is confirmed once you receive an official booking confirmation email. This email will contain your cruise itinerary, payment summary, cabin assignment, and other essential details. Please review the confirmation and contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies.
To book a cruise, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who assumes full responsibility for the minor during the cruise and at all ports of call.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation or during a promotional offer. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment methods. Payments must be received by the final payment deadline to avoid cancellation of your booking.
All cruise fares are listed in USD and may change until your booking is confirmed. Additional charges such as taxes, port fees, fuel surcharges, gratuities, and special packages are not always included in the advertised fare and will be added to the final payment. Discounts and promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice.
If you need to modify an existing reservation (e.g., changes to travel dates, cabin category, or passenger names), please contact KTCCruises customer service as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees, including those imposed by the cruise line or other providers.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees depend on the time before the scheduled departure date. Refunds will be determined according to the cruise line’s cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation. Please note that some promotional fares may be non-refundable.
If your booking is eligible for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 30 business days of cancellation approval. Refunds may be subject to the terms of your bank or credit card provider. Some non-refundable fees and third-party charges may be excluded from your refund.
KTCCruises is not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by events outside of our control, including severe weather, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, strikes, health emergencies, or government orders. In such cases, we may offer alternative travel options or future travel credits at our discretion.
The cruise line reserves the right to modify itineraries, change ports of call, adjust schedules, or substitute ships if needed. While we will inform you of significant changes promptly, KTCCruises is not responsible for the cruise line's decisions or any resulting expenses incurred.
It is the guest's responsibility to ensure they have all required travel documents, such as valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any necessary entry permits. Failure to present proper documentation may result in denied boarding, with no refund or liability on the part of KTCCruises or the cruise line.
KTCCruises strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or trip delays. Travel insurance is not included in the cruise fare and must be purchased separately.
Guests must adhere to all onboard rules, regulations, and guidelines. Any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or offensive may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the ship at the guest's expense. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the cruise.
Medical services are available onboard most cruise ships, but they may be limited in scope. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions should consult their healthcare provider before booking. Any medical expenses incurred during the cruise or at ports of call are the responsibility of the guest.
KTCCruises aims to accommodate guests with disabilities or special needs. However, some ships, excursions, and destinations may not be fully accessible. Guests are advised to inform us of any special needs at the time of booking so we can coordinate with the cruise line to accommodate them.
Optional shore excursions are provided by third-party operators and are undertaken at the guest’s own risk. KTCCruises is not responsible for any injury, loss, or dissatisfaction resulting from participation in these excursions.
KTCCruises acts solely as an agent between you and the cruise line. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of the cruise operator or any third-party service provider. You acknowledge that you are bound by the terms of these providers as well as these terms.

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which KTCCruises is registered. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your cruise booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
