1. Booking Confirmation

Your cruise reservation is confirmed when you receive an official booking confirmation email from KTCCruises.

2. Payment Requirements

Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified in your confirmation email or as part of special promotional offers or discounts.

3. Cancellation by Guest

If you decide to cancel your cruise booking, cancellation fees will apply, based on the time of cancellation relative to your departure date.

4. Standard Cancellation Fees

- More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the total fare or a minimum of $100 per person.
- 30–59 days before departure: 25% of the total fare.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total fare.
- 0–14 days before departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

5. Non-Refundable Bookings

Special promotional fares, last-minute deals, or limited-time offers may be non-refundable. These will be clearly identified at the time of booking, so you can make an informed decision.

6. How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please contact KTCCruises customer service by email or through your account on our website. The date we receive your cancellation request will determine the applicable fees.

7. Refund Process

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 30 business days from cancellation confirmation. Refund times may vary depending on the processing time of your payment provider.

8. Refundable Items

Only the cruise fare is eligible for refund (if applicable). Non-refundable items include booking fees, third-party excursions, travel insurance, and credit card fees.

9. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

If your cruise is canceled or disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions, KTCCruises may offer you a refund, partial refund, or future travel credit depending on the circumstances and the cruise line’s policy.

10. Cruise Line Cancellations

If your cruise is canceled by the cruise line, we will notify you and provide you with the available options, including refund or rebooking according to the cruise line’s policy.

11. Medical Cancellations

In the case of medical emergencies, you may be eligible for a refund or credit if you provide supporting medical documentation. Refunds are subject to approval by both KTCCruises and the cruise line.

12. No-Show Policy

Failure to board the cruise without prior cancellation notice (no-show) will result in a 100% cancellation fee with no refund or credit issued.

13. Travel Insurance

KTCCruises highly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, trip delays, or emergency situations. Travel insurance is not included in the cruise fare and must be purchased separately.

14. Refund Timelines

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and your financial institution. KTCCruises is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

15. Policy Changes

KTCCruises reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The version of the policy in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your reservation.
